Masquerade Mystery at the Stirling Mansion

On Wednesday, October 24, 2018, forty guests donned outrageous costumes to portray various characters in GRYP’s annual Masquerade Mystery Event.  For the third year in a row, guests enjoyed camaraderie, good food, and beverages as they followed the clues regarding “who done it.”  As an added bonus, the event was held in the historic and architecturally splendid Stirling Guest Hotel which continues to be an exceptionally gracious accommodation.

One guest who successfully solved the crime won the grand prize which was a gift certificate to Stirling Guest Hotel.

“GRYP was pleased to host another successful and sold-out Halloween-themed mystery event,” said Adam Krick, GRYP Board Member and Chair of the Events Committee.  Mr. Krick continued, “As a non-profit organization focusing on young professionals of Greater Reading, we look for innovative ways to attract and engage these professionals in environments other than a typical mix and mingle.  We especially hope the non-Members who attended Masquerade Mystery consider how GRYP and other local non-profits may be able to help them in their professional aspirations.”

GRYP intends to hold a similar event in October 2019.  Follow current events on GRYP’s website for the latest in networking opportunities.
